To access the full range of phbingo.com services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one phbingo.com account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

All financial transactions on the phbingo.com Platform are subject to the following terms:

• Accepted Payment Methods: phbingo.com accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GC ash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All payment methods must be registered in your own name. Third-party transactions are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your phbingo.com account balance in real time upon successful processing by your payment provider.

All content on the phbingo.com Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of phbingo.com or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phbingo.com Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from phbingo.com.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any phbingo.com trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorized use of phbingo.com intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phbingo.com, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from game outcomes, technical failures, or Platform unavailability.

phbingo.com's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phbingo.com account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phbingo.com collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at phbingo.com/privacy-policy.

By registering an account on phbingo.com, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and marketing communications (where you have opted in).

phbingo.com complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
• Closure by phbingo.com: phbingo.com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) phbingo.com is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority; (c) phbingo.com reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with your account; or (d) you fail to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, phbingo.com reserves the right to forfeit all account balances, including real-money funds, bonus funds, and Rewards points. phbingo.com will provide written notice of any forfeiture and the reasons therefor.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, phbingo.com reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

phbingo.com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phbingo.com will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the phbingo.com Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
